Guy Lombardo
Travellers driving along Wonderland Road South, will notice that the former Guy Lombardo Music Centre is being demolished.  It is a pity London has shown so little interest in paying tribute to Canada's greatest musical export!

Save the Red Antiquities Building
Heritage London Foundation is trying to save the building by stopping its demolition. It was built in 1872 and is one of the oldest surviving wooden buildings in London.  It is a rare example of a commercial-residential structure in continuous use in Southwestern Ontario. $110,000 is required by December 31, 2009 to purchase the building. Call 519-432-7961 or visit http://www.heritagelondonfoundation.org/SRAB.html  for further information or to donate. Tax receipts will be sent for donations of $10 or more.
